Clearance and Discounted Items: - All transactions involving clearance items, discounted products, or items acquired during flash sales are considered final. No refunds or exchanges are applicable to these items. ㅤ 3. Return Process: - Returns are accepted within a 12-day window from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. ㅤ - The initial shipping fee for the original shipment is non-refundable. ㅤ 4. Condition of Returned Items: - Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the returned item being in its original, unaltered condition. Refunds will not be processed for items displaying signs of use or damage. ㅤ 5. Order Cancellation: - Order cancellations are only possible if a shipping confirmation email has not been dispatched.
