1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

- Strawberry Milk Shop takes responsibility for lost or stolen packages due to postal service mishandling. Before any further steps, please contact your local post office to obtain precise GPS coordinates where the package was delivered. In instances of misdelivery, they can assist in retrieving the package.
- We will only initiate the reshipment process after this first step has been completed.

2. Clearance and Discounted Items:

- All transactions involving clearance items, discounted products, or items acquired during flash sales are considered final. No refunds or exchanges are applicable to these items.

3. Return Process:

- Returns are accepted within a 12-day window from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
- The initial shipping fee for the original shipment is non-refundable.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

- Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the returned item being in its original, unaltered condition. Refunds will not be processed for items displaying signs of use or damage.

5. Order Cancellation:

- Order cancellations are only possible if a shipping confirmation email has not been dispatched. While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, success is not guaranteed and depends on the current shipping status of the order.
6. Changes to Orders:
Requests for order adjustments, changes or cancellations should be directed to strawberrymilkshop@outlook.com. An invoice for additional items will be promptly dispatched to avoid supplementary shipping charges. Please note that changes or cancellations are not feasible once an order has been dispatched.

7. Returning Packages:

- You will not receive reimbursement for the original or return postage. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date the package was marked as delivered. After this time window, we do not accept returns.
