No exchanges or refunds and all sales are final.

If you are wanting to do a return you WILL have to pay to ship it back and I will not refund the shipping cost from the first time I shipped it to you. If the item arrives back to me broken or messed up in anyway you do not get a refund on it. 

You can not cancel your order if its already been shipped. You have 24 hours to contact me through email (strawberrymilkshop@outlook.com) to cancel your order.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is mailed, anything that happens to them from postage handlers is out of my hands.

If your package is lost please contact your post office about it.

Missing and Damaged Items
Video evidence of unboxing your order is required for our records in order to file a claim for missing or damaged items. I will not replace items without this proof.

I am NOT responsible if one of your items break.

I make sure ALL liquid and breakable items are securely bubble wrapped before being boxed and shipped to you.
