Refund/Return & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it at StrawberryMilkShop.com.

Your return must be submitted within 14 days from when your package is received.

Return/Refund Policy & Instructions

All Sale/Clearance and Defect Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Due to sanitary and health restrictions, masks cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. All sales are final.

PLEASE NOTE:

Send the package back to the return address on the shipping label.

All returns must include the ORIGINAL order number written on the outside of the package.

  1. After we receive your returned item or items, we will credit the customer’s original payment method for the following: 
  • A refund of what you paid for on original item(s)
  • A refund of what you paid for in taxes

Please note that all return orders are subject to:

  1. $3.00 restocking fee on each item
  2. You DO HAVE TO PAY for the return shipping label.

The returned item(s) MUST be in its original packaging, unaltered, and in new resellable condition. Any item(s) not in new condition, same packaging and without the business card & sticker that was put in the order will be charged a restocking fee of 25% each item + the $3 return restocking fee.

 

Exchange Policy & Instructions

Exchanges will only be accepted if we made an error on your order.

  • You must provide a photo of everything that was in your package.
  • Also provide your original order number and a screenshot attachment of everything you ordered.

Place a new order at StrawberryMilkShop.com to replace the item or items you plan to exchange.

PLEASE NOTE:
  1. We will ship your new order to you FREE of charge using our standard shipping method (regardless of your original shipping method).
  2. If you wish to select a different shipping method for your new order, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
  3. If you do select the standard shipping option, we will refund you the cost of shipping when the exchanged item or items are received.

From the ORIGINAL order:
  1. A refund of what you paid for on original item(s)
  2. A refund of what you paid for in taxes

From the NEW order:
  • A refund on shipping costs, IF standard shipping was selected.
(If standard shipping was not selected you will not receive a refund on shipping.)

Please note that all exchange orders are subject to:

  • Cost of new order shipping, if you did not choose our FREE standard shipping option.

StrawberryMilkShop cannot accept exchanges/refunds on international orders.

If a New Order is NOT placed, your exchange will be changed and process as a return. 

Face Mask Policy

If you bought a face mask that doesn't fit please show a picture/video with proof and I will refund you 50% money back for the mask unless a discount code was used, then its only 40% of your money back.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on face masks due to hygienic reasons.

All face mask sales are final.
