If your order has not been shipped, yes, we can approve any changes that you need for your order!

- I will then create a payment invoice for you that will be sent to your email

- Once you have paid, we can requeue your order for shipment.

Yes! You may combine your orders only if we have not already shipped them.

Please email me the order numbers you would like to combine and I will make sure they go together in shipment for you! :)

(Any additional shipping costs that you paid after placing more than one order will be refunded to you and you will recieve a confirmation email for that.)

Yes, you will recieve an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends).  If ordered on a Saturday, it will be shipped out Monday.

We use USPS to ship all of our packages.

On some occasions, we will use UPS

Yes, Strawberry Milk Shop offers weekly payment plans for any order over $50 USD!


To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments, a customer goes through the following steps:

  1. The customer adds items to their cart.
  2. The customer checks out using Shop Pay.
  3. The customer selects to pay in installments.
  4. The customer reviews all of the installment payment options that are available to them, and then chooses an option.
  5. The customer reviews their purchase, and then makes their first payment at checkout.

The remaining payments are automatically charged to the customer's card based on the payment schedule they choose. Customers get an email reminder before each payment is charged.

We have an estimated and detailed timeline in the description for all our pre-order items so buyers can get an idea of when their items will be shipping out to them.

You may only cancel your pre-order while pre-orders are still open.

We always have a set number of days that we leave pre-orders open to collect money to fund the production in making that item. Once pre-orders have closed I am not able to cancel your order as I have already collected all funds and used them to place the mass production order. Please understand.

All pre-order descriptions include the dates of when pre-orders will close. Please do not buy a pre-order item if you think you will need to cancel later on.

Unfortunately, once I have shipped your package this issue is out of my hands and now the responsibility of the USPS.

If your package is showing delivered but you never recieved it, please tell your local post office about it and provide them with your packages tracking number. They will be able to help you from there.


Please double check your confirmation email and make sure you put in the correct shipping address.

I am NOT responsible for packages that were lost or misdelivered and addresses that were put in incorrectly.

If your items arrived damage on arrival, please send photos of the damaged items WITH the packaging included in the photos to my email and we will work out a refund process or get those items resent out to you.


You have 48 hours after package shows delivered on your tracking number to contact me about any damaged items.

(USA BUYERS) - Please wait up to 30 days after shipment before your pacakge is considered lost. Once 30 days have went by and there has been no updates on your tracking number, we can then sort out a refund or reship the items back out to you.


(INTERNATIONAL BUYERS) - Please wait up to 90 days after shipment before your package is considered lost. Due to Covid-19 and other international mail delays, packages can sometimes take 2-3 months before they arrive to you. We can then sort out a refund process for you if your items were deemed lost.


Please note, we can NOT refund you for the cost of shipping. We can only refund you for the total amount for the items you ordered.
